“I was inspired to create the brand Mentor Or Die with the blessings of the young people, and public at large, as I observed, listened and mentored to their needs and wants - determined I had to do something and continue to do so with formidable passion and willpower”.
Kevin Hall, founder and owner of Kool As Nerdz, a pro-education clothing company, is a dynamic speaker, prolific writer and mentor to mentors. Some people affectionately acknowledge him as a “master mentor” because of the highly favorable results achieved from his mentees. He has been instrumental in rehabilitating and mentoring several thousand youth.
Born and raised in South Los Angeles, Kevin later earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Long Beach State University.
Kevin is a military veteran, having honorably served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He currently works in the judicial system helping at-risk youth. He is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., and a board of director with Brother II Brother mentoring organization.
Kevin finds relationship building by way of mentoring rewarding and one of the main driving forces that keeps him involved. It is also what motivated him to begin working on what is this well received literary debut “Mentor or Die.”
He strongly believes in living life to the fullest and spends his leisure time reading, globetrotting, giving back to the community, riding his Harley-Davidson, and just celebrating life.
